The A Year in Solids Booklet by Jessica Dayon was inspired by the rich history of quilting and the connection Jessica feels every time she quilts. She thinks about the quilter s past and their quilting journey. It s that awe-inducing feeling she felt when wanting to recreate so many of the booklet s historical quilts. Jessica designed these quilts with easier piecing methods than those used in older times. She chose to make most of them two-color (some three) Confetti Cotton Solids quilts. The 12 quilts from the booklet correspond to each month of the year. Jessica hopes these quilts inspire you to quilt a year in solids with her.
